As per usual...

there will be activity tis sat ( 26 April). However,unlike the previous times we will be meeting directly at yangzheng pri at 9.50 am.So see you guys there!!

If there's still friends of yours who would like to join we do welcome them but agn we stress commitment!!

Also for those hu are involve in the PE enrichment programm and the traslation programm you are excused from activity tis saturday.

Latest Update for Coming Sat (12/4)

Hi all!~ I am really sorry for the last minute changes.

Pls take note: Thursday meeting will be cancelled. We will be meeting on Sat(12/4) morning instead.:)
Date: 12/4/2008
Time: 9am ( for both J1 and J2)
Venue: NYJC outside LT4 ( Both J1 and J2)
Attire: NYJC shirts and bottom. (No slipper is allowed)

I will briefly tell u guys what will happen on sat.

- We will gather at NYJC first, the J2 excos will brief u guys on what is going on in this project.
-We already divide you guys into 5 groups, the J2 Ics will bring you guys to YangZheng pri after briefing.
- We will be using 3 classrooms @ YangZheng for our lessons.
- The group Ics will share with you guys their experience on tutoring the kids( as well as providing ur some tips, some kids tend to be hyperactive!~).
-We will end at 12pm, after tt we will have a short debrief.

Sorry we are unable to have Ice breaking games for you and the kids due to the lack of time.

Reminder! dun be late! The kids are super puntual, as big sisters and brothers dun make them wait ok? See you guys on Saturday!~

A Big welcome to all JC1!~

Please take note of these dates below:

1) We are going to have a short meeting with you guys on( 10/4) during Thursday common lunch break. Please report to room 3-29 at 1245pm.

2)We are going to have our very first tuition class with the kids at YangZheng pri on (12/4) on this Saturday. Please report to NYJC at 930am at the atrium outside LT4.

All Jc1s if you are interested in becoming the exco of Project Inspiring Life please message YaYing(82018950).

To all Jc2 tutors, you are reminded to come for this coming saturday peer tuitoring section. You may report to Yangzheng primary school at 10am.

Law and order

1. Be punctual! meet @ yangzheng pri at 9.45am ( the kids are usu early,hence so.)

2. Be in Half uni ( school related t-shirts wif school skirt/pants)

3. No slippers ( the kids get scolded if they wear slippers so we should not set a bad example)

4. Reasons should be given in advance for your absence ( we need to do some srrangements)

5. Only Mcs and official letters accepted( Not parent letter)

6. No using of handphones during peer tutoring ( there have been cases of lost of hp as the kids are attracted to them)
