AGENDA FOR MEETING ON 25APR

Hi guys! this sat we will be meeting to discuss the following :

1) SIG Week (the week before Vesak day, week 7)
objective - increase publicity of our CCA

*if u have more new ideas on how we can publicise our CCA, please share!

2) DISCIPLINARY (tutors)

3) FUNDS

* we would be setting up a CCA fund, this is because we would need funds for upcoming events. eg: Games day

4) GAMES DAY for the children (held in yangzheng pri)

* ur can start contributing ideas on games which you think is suitable for the kids. Objective: Fun, educational, allow tutors to bond with the children

5) WORKSHOPS for the tutors (June Hols)

It would most probably be a one-day event, where we will engage professionals to coach us on how to teach the children.


REMINDER :
- pls bring $18 this sat and pass it to Michelle if you are buying the CCA shirt
- bring along art materials (if any) for drawing activity ( drawing blocks, crayons, colour pencils )

here are some issuses regarding attendance taking that i would like to address.
As I am only taking attendence when i go round at the beginning of the session, please inform me via sms

1) if you are unable to come

2) if you know you will be late - but when you arrive, please look for me probably at 2B classroom or sms me when you reach so that i can look for you to take your attendance

disclaimer : attendance will only be marked if i see you in person : )

please be reponsible for your own attendance as i dun wish to shortchange your hours which you worked hard for.

Hey guys, as u all know, our SIG week is coming. We have to prepare for it! Its in may and it spans over 5 days, so we gotta think of creative ways to stay relevant for the 5 days! Everyone, pls brainstorm on the possible activities we can conduct, games, videos, etc, anything! Like for example, we could even start selling handmade souvenirs to raise funds so we can organise, lets say, a picnic for e kids..so, lets get working and we'll discuss this on sat!

Law and order

1. Be punctual! meet @ yangzheng pri at 9.45am ( the kids are usu early,hence so.)

2. Be in Half uni ( school related t-shirts wif school skirt/pants)

3. No slippers ( the kids get scolded if they wear slippers so we should not set a bad example)

4. Reasons should be given in advance for your absence ( we need to do some srrangements)

5. Only Mcs and official letters accepted( Not parent letter)

6. No using of handphones during peer tutoring ( there have been cases of lost of hp as the kids are attracted to them)

7. ALways check the blog on fri for updates!!
