Hi guys! this sat we will be meeting to discuss the following :

1) SIG Week (the week before Vesak day, week 7)
objective - increase publicity of our CCA

Video (anyone good in video making? volunteer? =] )
Hang drawings of the children at the booth (children would be given 30mins, 11.30-12 this sat to draw)
Raise funds ( sell handcraft made by children, any DIY ideas that is easy for the children? )

*if u have more new ideas on how we can publicise our CCA, please share!

2) DISCIPLINARY (tutors)

Address issue of lateness
Attendance

3) FUNDS

* we would be setting up a CCA fund, this is because we would need funds for upcoming events. eg: Games day

4) GAMES DAY for the children (held in yangzheng pri)

* ur can start contributing ideas on games which you think is suitable for the kids. Objective: Fun, educational, allow tutors to bond with the children

5) WORKSHOPS for the tutors (June Hols)

It would most probably be a one-day event, where we will engage professionals to coach us on how to teach the children.

REMINDER :
- pls bring $18 this sat and pass it to Michelle if you are buying the CCA shirt
- bring along art materials (if any) for drawing activity ( drawing blocks, crayons, colour pencils )

Law and order

1. Be punctual! meet @ yangzheng pri at 9.45am ( the kids are usu early,hence so.)

2. Be in Half uni ( school related t-shirts wif school skirt/pants)

3. No slippers ( the kids get scolded if they wear slippers so we should not set a bad example)

4. Reasons should be given in advance for your absence ( we need to do some srrangements)

5. Only Mcs and official letters accepted( Not parent letter)

6. No using of handphones during peer tutoring ( there have been cases of lost of hp as the kids are attracted to them)

7. ALways check the blog on fri for updates!!
